TWD Season 7 Premiere (Spoiler-free Review)

I just finished watching the season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead, and I'm finding it hard to put my emotions into words. I'm still overwhelmed and feeling quite emotional at the moment.

First and foremost, I must applaud the entire cast for their incredible performances, although I can't help but feel a little disappointed that Chandler Riggs' character wasn't the one beaten to death by Negan. Oops, sorry if that came across as a spoiler.

Andrew Lincoln's portrayal of Rick was truly astonishing. He conveyed the desperation and anguish so powerfully that it resonated with me deeply. I must also give credit to Jeffrey Dean Morgan for successfully making us despise his character with a passion.

Greg Nicotero, the mastermind behind the episode, deserves immense praise for evoking such intense emotions within me. I'm not sure if I can gather the strength to watch the next episode, but who am I kidding? I'll probably end up watching it anyway.

Well, that's all I wanted to share for now. I think it's time for me to let my tears guide me to sleep.

Cheers!
